1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Rice Insurance Benefits ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, submit this contact form, or consent to receive SMS communications from us. By submitting this form, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If we discover that a person under 18 has submitted their information, we will delete it promptly.

3. SMS Communications

By opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Rice Insurance Benefits at the phone number you provide. Two types of SMS programs are available:

• Service SMS: Non-marketing messages including appointment reminders, confirmations, follow-ups, and review requests.
• Marketing SMS: Promotional messages including special offers, discounts, and product updates.

Each program requires separate opt-in consent. Consent to one program does not constitute consent to the other. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of that message type. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive services from us.

4. Services

Rice Insurance Benefits provides insurance and benefits-related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rice Insurance Benefits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on any information provided.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable state in which Rice Insurance Benefits operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
